Shipping & Delivery
UPS is the main national and international carrier for the clients of GreatmedicalSupplies.com. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Product can be returned for 100% credit if returned within 30 days of purchase without any obligation and the title and risk of loss on such goods shall not pass to the customer until the expiration of the 30-day period. Product returned after 30 days of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
All returns must be returned in original packaging and are subject to inspection. No credit will be issued for product that we determine cannot be resold. Our Company will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error.
Any product shortage or shipping errors must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours from receipt of the order.
Each return should include a return authorization number. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-718-504-1405 to obtain a return authorization number. Please have the invoice number and date of purchase available when calling.
All special order products are not returnable.
